ENTERTAINMENT Davido allegedly signs Efe to DMV Records


According to reports BB Naija 2017 winner, Efe Ejeba has signed a recording deal with Davido’s DMV records.
The report alleges that Efe was offered the deal in Johannesburg following his landslide win. According to the spokeperson of DMV,
“Efe is loved by all, the people love him and that’s why he won. Asides supporting him to win Big Brother Naija, we decided to support him further with a music deal. Based on logistics, we know he’ll go places but we believe Davido Music Worldwide will be a grand opportunity for him.”

Big Brother Naija ex housemates, Bisola and Efe have shared some moral values which they learnt on the just concluded reality television show.

The pair during an interview with Pulse TV responded to a question regarding the negativity that has surrounded the programme.

Former Presidential Adviser, Reuben Abati in an article titled "Television As Madness" criticized #BBNaija, referring to it as a platform that promotes obscenity.
Second runner-up, Bisola who had a large amount of fans rooting for her to win the show apparently disagrees.
In her response, she talked about how being a housemate in the programme helped her accommodate new people even if they have irritating characters.

As for her awakening, she learnt that she wasn't so enduring like she had thought before she signed up or became a contestant on the TV show.
The winner of the show, Efe also agreed with his  former opponent concerning her views regarding endurance.
According to him, his experiences on the programme helped him to mend his overly dismissive attitude which might have been a flaw for him.
The big Brother Naija finalists returned to Nigeria to a teeming number of fans who went into extreme frenzy when they welcomed them at the airport.

The excitement which Efe, who was often accused of playing the pity card received from his supporter was rock star worthy.

Big Brother Naija winner, Efe, is not only popular for winning 25 million Naira and a brand new KIA Sorento car, he also popular for the now widely used slang, "based on logistics.'

In an interview with Pulse Nigeria, the former housemate explained the origin of the slang. According to him, "Based on Logistics" is an everyday word to him, just like 'good morning.'

"It was back in 2013, I actually contested in 'Just Bring it On,' organized by Kevin Pam, where I won in the rap category," Efe started.
So, when in the house, they were having different logistics problem. So, anytime their rep comes to talk to the housemates, he will say 'because of logistics we couldn't do this.'
So, before he completes his statement, I will explain to them and say 'based on logistics, that's why this hasn't been provided,' stuffs like that.
"The slang grew in the house. I kept using it and since then, it has been a regular word for me among my peers and friends.
"I didn't know it was that significant until I came out of the house. I was confused. Like, I'm currently overwhelmed. I just go everywhere and I hear 'based on logistics.'
"For me it's like a normal word like 'good morning."

Davido ran into one of his teachers, simply identified as Mr Ricket, while he was doing media rounds in promotion of his newly released song, ‘Gbagbe Oshi’ and EP, Son Of Mercy.
Before attaining fame, Davido attended British International School, which is situated at Oniru Private Estate in Victoria Island, Lagos.
After visiting a couple of radio stations, the singer, who detailed his day out with his team, met with Mr Ricket and upon seeing Davido, the teacher said, ‘I’m quite surprised to see you, you’re famous now.’
‘I taught this boy everything he knows,’ he joked.
