Babatunde Promises More Goals

Ideye, Eleke On Target; Balogun, Umar Win With Mainz, Osmanlispor

Brown Ideye was on target for Olympiakos in their 2-1 away win against Iraklis in the Greek Super League on Sunday.
Ideye who replaced Alejandro Dominguez, scorer of Olympiakos’ first goal, netted his side’s second goal to earn them the three points.
Ideye has now scored four league goals for Olympiakos in this current campaign.
In Slovenia, Blessing Eleke scored in Olimpija’s 3-0 win against Aluminij away.
Eleke found the back of the net for Olimpija in the 34th minute.
Other scorers for Olimpija were Miha Zajc (65 minutes) and Leon Benko (68 minutes).
Eleke has now scored three goals so far this season.
In the English Premier League, Nigeria duo of Odion Ighalo and Isaac Success were in action for Watford who secured their first win against Manchester United in 30 years following their 3-1 win on Sunday at Vicarage Road.
Ighalo was on from the beginning before going off for Success on the stroke of 90 minutes.
Super Eagles defender, Leon Balogun, made an appearance for 10-man Mainz in their 3-1 away win against Augsburg in Sunday’s Bundesliga clash.
Balogun featured for 90 minutes in the encounter.
In the Italia Serie A Joel Obi played in Torino’s 0-0 home draw against Empoli.
Obi who was on from the start, was replaced by Daniele Baselli in the 72nd minute.
NEC Nijmegen, parading Taiwo Awoniyi, were beaten 2-0 away to Sparta Rotterdam in the Dutch Eredivisie.

Awoniyi was later substituted for Reagy Ofosu on 46 minutes.
Still in the Netherlands, Fred Friday was an unused substitute as his side AZ Alkmaar beat PEC Zwolle 2-0 away.
In Belgium, Nigeria midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, played for 90 minutes in Genk’s 2-0 home loss to Anderlecht.
Ndidi was yellow-carded nine minutes into the second half.
Paul Onuachu and Rilwan Hassan featured for Midtjylland who beat OB Odense 1-0 away.
Izunna Uzochukwu was in action for OB Odense.
While Hassan played 90 minutes, Onuachu went off for Martin Pusic on 83 minutes.
In the Turkish league, Rio 2016 bronze medalist, Aminu Umar, was subbed off for Dzon Delarge on 74 minutes in Osmanlispor’s 1-0 home win against Adanaspor.
His Nigerian team-mate, Raheem Lawal, was not listed in Osmanlispor’s matchday squad.
And in Austria, Olanrewaju Kayode was in action for Austria Wien who lost 4-1 away to Salzburg.
Kayode who was on from the stary, later went off for Marko Kvasina in the 79th minute.
